Most entrepreneurs come to us with the same thoughts. Perhaps you recognize yourself in one of them.
You run your business with passion, but taxes leave you with an uneasy feeling. You might be leaving money on the table that belongs to you, and you can't be sure because no one has taken a proactive look until now.
The envelope is sitting on the table, and your stomach is in knots. The Austrian tax system is a maze, and the fear of making mistakes or facing a back payment lingers.
Receipts, forms, and deadlines pile up and eat away at your valuable time. Time that should belong to your business, your clients, and your family, instead of being drained away month after month by bureaucracy.
Every time you have a question, it feels like the clock is ticking, and you’re surprised by the bill at the end. What you want is clarity from the start: knowing what you’re paying, what it’s for, and no nasty surprises.
This is how payroll becomes something you can approach with confidence and peace of mind, knowing you are understood and well supported.
Additional services
Corporate acquisitions and sales, transfers, as well as insolvency and restructuring advice.

For us, tax consulting is primarily about one thing: people, trust, and personal support. My team and I think beyond traditional tax services. We believe in tax consulting that doesn't just manage, but actively shapes—with dedication, fresh ideas, and a great deal of empathy. Combined with intelligent tools that give you, as an entrepreneur, valuable time back—time for your business, your family, your decisions, and your life.

Switching tax advisors in Austria is generally possible at any time. However, you must observe the contractually agreed notice periods, which are usually found in the General Terms and Conditions of Business (AAB). If you are no longer satisfied with your current collaboration, switching is perfectly legitimate.
Important note: Ensure that all outstanding fees are paid. Your previous tax advisor has a right to retain your documents as long as there are unpaid invoices. A clean settlement saves both sides unnecessary trouble and allows for a smooth transition to your new tax advisor.
When filing electronically via FinanzOnline, the tax return must be submitted by June 30 of the following year at the latest. If you are represented by a tax advisor, you fall under the quota system, which extends the filing deadline for your tax return.
Long-term loyalty is valuable, but it should also pay off for you. If you feel that your potential is being wasted or that your taxes are merely being managed rather than optimized, it is worth taking a second look. In a no-obligation initial consultation, we can show you whether a switch makes financial sense for you. You can then decide at your own pace.
No, we handle the vast majority of the work. Switching tax advisors in Austria is possible at any time, provided you observe the notice periods specified in your service agreement. We will organize the transfer of your documents to ensure a smooth transition. The only important thing is that any outstanding fees with your previous advisor are settled, as they have a legal right to retain your documents until payment is made.
We will be right by your side. We prepare your documents, support you during the audit, and handle communication with the tax office so you can focus on your business.
In Austria, quarterly VAT returns (for businesses with annual revenue under €100,000 in the previous year) are due on the 15th of the second month following the end of the quarter.
1st Quarter (Jan–Mar): May 15 – ideally uploaded by April 15
2nd Quarter (Apr–Jun): August 15 – ideally uploaded by July 15
3rd Quarter (Jul–Sep): November 15 – ideally uploaded by October 15
4th Quarter (Oct–Dec): February 15 – ideally uploaded by January 15 (of the following year)
If your revenue exceeded €100,000 in the previous year, you must submit VAT returns monthly. These must be filed with the tax office by the 15th day of the second month following the reporting period. For example, the VAT return for January must be submitted by March 15. Please ensure you send us your documents in good time to avoid late filing penalties.
We would be happy to. We support you from choosing the right legal structure and handling the registration to providing ongoing guidance, ensuring you are set up for success from the start and don't leave any potential on the table.
No, you don’t need to watch the clock every time you have a question. We clearly define the scope of our collaboration in advance so you can reach out whenever you need to. Fee transparency is important to us: you will always know what you are paying and what you are paying for. In Austria, quarterly VAT returns (for businesses with annual revenue under €100,000 in the previous year) are due on the 15th of the second month following the end of the quarter.
